Project 2024-2025 : Purchase of additional land
Context
Eden Park, a camp and conference center imagined and built by Alo! Mik Foundation, is designed to offer a place of harmony with ourselves, with others and with God. Located just 20 minutes from the heart of the Albanian capital of Tirana, Eden Park aims to be a welcoming, multifunctional place, a haven of tranquility and nature.

Opened in 2014, the site welcomes around 3’000 people every year, including 1’500 children and young people, for camps or conferences, to discover the Gospel and grow spiritually.

During its 9 years of operation, Eden Park's main objective has been to provide a warm and welcoming setting for activities where the Gospel is proclaimed and lived out in a comprehensive and concrete way.
Furthermore, Eden Park is not only self-supported but also generates some incomes for Alo ! Mik's activities with underpriviledged children.
Current issue
From 2011, Alo! Mik has been able to gradually acquire 3 pieces of land, with the initial aim of acquiring all the land outlined in blue on the plan below. However, due to a lack of funds, the plot outlined in red could not be acquired in time.
This plot of land has been rented for several years to provide sufficient space for various activities during children's camps. This 4’000m2 area is the only place to provide sufficient play space for summer camps (soccer, large-group games, etc.) and parking space for major events (fairs, worship services, evangelical community events, etc.).
Today, the owner refuses to lease or sell the plot, but plans to use it for his own purposes. As a result, it will no longer be possible to use it, which poses a real problem for the operation of the campsite.
Projection
At a time when the area is developing at a very fast pace (recently paved road, planned housing developments nearby), it seems essential to be able to ensure sufficient physical space for both current use of the camp site and potential future expansion.
While the site is enclosed on 3 sides, there is still room for expansion on the 4th side. We are obliged to consider the purchase of 2 plots simultaneously, as the narrow shape of adjoining plot A does not offer adequate space for a playground or parking area.
Parcelle B : 4’500m2 x 70 euro = 315’000 euros
Total : 455’000 euros
Alo ! Mik is seeking to raise the 500,000 euros (purchase + administrative costs) needed to acquire the land, according to the following schedule:
